We Deliver will provide an
exceptional tailored shopping/errand service of casual shopping and grocery
shopping for our clients. Shopping locations may include: Gas stations,
Wal-Mart, Target, Lowes, Sam’s, Kohl’s, Old Navy, T.J. Maxx, Best Buy,
Gorman’s, Hy-Vee, Lindale Mall, West dale Mall, Toys R Us Walgreens
Drug Town and any unmentioned convenience store, small and large business in
the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan and surrounding area. Shopping entails:
Male and Female personal products, medicine without a prescription, clothes,
shoes, socks, home accessories, food (perishables and non perishables, pet
items, Gas (Gas for vehicles if stalled). We Deliver also picks up/drop
off dry cleaning. We Deliver offers pre-scheduled pickup, On Demand
pickups, and semi-heavy duty (items 75lbs per item and lighter)
You may pay for your
delivered items by credit card, cash or check.
Inclement
Weather
While we make every effort
to deliver your order within your selected delivery window, unforeseen
events such as inclement weather, traffic and other extraordinary incidents
may cause our driver to deliver your order after the delivery window or
require us to reschedule your delivery.
In this event, our Customer
Care department may deliver an automated call to the contact phone number we
have on record for you with important details on the status of your order.
Please follow the instructions in the call so that we may best handle your
order.

We Deliver is an Iowa Limited Liability
Company formed pursuant to the Revised Uniform Iowa
Limited Liability Company Act, Chapter 489.201 of the 2009 Code of Iowa.
Convenience Store Shopping: $10 (15 mile max, every mile after mile 15 is
$2/mile)
Grocery Shopping: $15 (15 items or less, 15 mile max, every mile after
mile 15 is $2/mile)
Tailored Shopping Service: $15 (15 items or less. .50/item over 15 items.
15 mile max, every mile after mile 15 is $2/mile)

Transportation (must provide muzzle, chain, kennel):

to 51lbs $30.00.

Redelivery Fee
We
Deliver charges a $8 redelivery fee for multiple delivery attempts. We
cannot guarantee the quality of perishable items included in a redelivery.
Return
Fee
If we
are unable to deliver your order, or your order is canceled after we begin
the shopping for the delivery, you will be charged a $8 return fee rate of
mileage and shopping fee.
Delivery
If you choose our Delivery
Service, please make sure that person placing the order is available to
accept the order during your scheduled delivery time. If no one is home,
your WE DELIVER Driver may leave your order as an Unattended Delivery if a
safe place is located. If we are unable to leave your order, or must make
multiple delivery attempts, you will be charged a fee.
We Deliver
will transport:
Anything under 75lbs per
item to any where in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. This includes
residential to residential, residential to commercial, commercial to
residential, commercial to commercial.

Online
orders submitted before or after operating hours will be reviewed and
addressed in the order they were received.
Delivery of Tobacco & Alcohol
WE DELIVER complies with
state and federal laws regarding the sale and delivery of tobacco and
alcoholic products. No one under the legal age may place or receive a WE
DELIVER order that includes tobacco or alcohol.
WE DELIVER checks the
identification of all customers receiving tobacco and alcoholic products.
Please have your proper identification materials ready to present to our
driver. Deliveries of tobacco and alcoholic products will not be made to
anyone who cannot provide a United States government issued identification
verifying that they are of legal age or to anyone who is visibly
intoxicated. If a qualified adult is not available to accept delivery of the
regulated products, or if our delivery driver suspects that the tobacco or
alcoholic products are intended for underage drinkers, the delivery driver
will remove these items from the order.

or not actually his own for the purpose of attempting to purchase any
alcoholic beverages.
